Warranty

SEVENERA guarantees that all watches sold are brand new, authentic, and free from defects. Each product listing specifies the warranty period, which is upheld by the manufacturer.

SEVENERA opts not to be an authorized dealer for any brand to avoid the obligation of adhering to the manufacturer's set retail prices.

The warranty includes coverage for malfunctions attributable to manufacturing or material defects, battery replacement, and water resistance, provided the usage is within the manufacturer's specified guidelines.

Exclusions to the warranty include damage to the watch's finish, crystals, leather or fabric straps, and any wear and tear that exceeds normal use, such as damage from exceeding the manufacturer’s water resistance limits or from physical or accidental abuse. These types of damages are not covered under our warranty or the manufacturer’s warranty.

All warranty services must be conducted directly through SEVENERA. Any repairs or servicing performed by unauthorized parties will result in the voiding of all warranties. SEVENERA reserves the right to repair or replace any components or the entire watch, as necessary, during the warranty period at our discretion.

In certain instances, SEVENERA can provide a warranty card stamped by an authorized dealer with worldwide coverage. In such cases, the watch is protected under the manufacturer’s stated warranty.

When a manufacturer’s warranty accompanies the watch, customers should address all warranty-related services directly with the manufacturer through any authorized dealer. Each watch will be accompanied by an officially endorsed warranty card from the manufacturer.
